Acquisition of Product-Related Assets from Southern Green, Inc.
The Toro Company has recently announced the acquisition of certain assets of Southern Green Inc, a leading manufacturer of deep-tine aeration equipment based in Zachary, Louisiana.
Over the past 15 years, Southern Green has built a solid reputation around their versatile and durable line of Soil Reliever® products. This acquisition helps grow the Toro Company’s offering of cultivation equipment and provides entry into a new product category that is appropriate for the golf, grounds and sports field markets.
