Award time for golfing superstars has resulted in two of our Amateur golfers receiving recognition and being rewarded for their achievements. Danny Lee received the NZG Male Amateur of the Year, along with his namesake Dasom Lee who received the NZG Female Amateur of the Year award.
The full awards are:
NZPGA Order of Merit: Doug Holloway
NZPGA Academy - Trainee Of the Year: Glyn Delany
NZPGA Player of the Year: David Smail
NZPGA Lifetime Achievement Award: Bob McDonald
NZG Female Amateur of the Year: Dasom Lee
NZG Male Amateur of the Year: Danny Lee
NZG Achievement of the Year, Tim Wilkinson and Gareth Paddison
Overall New Zealand Golfer of the Year: David Smail
NZGCSA Trainee of the Year - James O Malley
