Six Diaphragm Pump

An industry exclusive! This oversized pump satisfies the highest spray rates while simultaneously supplying aggressive agitation flow. The self-priming, positive displacement design means the pump can be run dry without damage. Its dry sump means there's no risk of oil/lubricant contaminating the spray application.

Center Control Console

Positions operational switches and throttle at the operator's fingertips for convenient access and control. With Quick Find™ controls, the operator can easily locate the buttons without taking their eyes off the spray path.

ExcelaRate™ Rate Controller

300 Gallon (1136 litre) Chemical Tank

Ready for the long haul, this completely redesigned tank incorporates four, 30 degree, side-mounted agitation nozzles to ensure the homogeneous mixing of chemicals for application accuracy. An offset fill well provides easy access for loading chemicals. Engineered polymer material won't crack, dent, rust, chip or peel.

Hydrostatic Vehicle Drive System

Provides a high torque traction system that prevents spinning and turf damage. A speed locking device provides a constant spraying speed.

Increased Efficiency

Waste is virtually eliminated with GeoLink. The system automatically turns individual nozzles on and off based on the machine’s exact location and the boundaries that have been set. Knowing exactly where you are and where you have already sprayed eliminates costly overlaps and missed strips. Consistant coverage and efficient application translates to serious, operation-changing chemical, foam marker and dye savings.

Multiple Inclusion Zones

Allows the operator to create and choose spray jobs containing multiple spray zones. When the job is finished, the system provides accurate job reports that can be downloaded for analysis.

Software For Turf, Not Agriculture

GeoLink is the first turf-based spray sytem, not agricultural based like competitors. It utilizes cellular Real Time Kinematic (RTK) correction technology to provide sub-inch accuracy. This sophisticated communication system receives location data from multiple satellites and a correction source to provide precise location information. This gives the user the ability to map each spray area only once and spray it with precision year after year, saving time and resources.
