We have three state-of-the-art facilities with cutting-edge tools and diagnostic equipment in Auckland, Christchurch and Cromwell. We also have mobile workshops operating across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lower North Island and Southland/Otago regions.
About Our Team
We are highly selective about the capability of our service team members, as we understand the importance of our after-sales service to the continuity of operations of our customers. Our certified technicians have completed specific training in an area of expertise to gain knowledge and perfect the required skills. Additionally, our technicians are factory trained, meaning that they have successfully completed the specific courses offered by manufacturers of the Parkland Products brand range.
With over 100 years’ collective experience servicing equipment, there isn’t much our service team doesn’t know about machines! Our 11 technicians maintain, service and repair equipment for our clients around New Zealand. While many of the team have trained and qualified at Parkland, we also have a growing number of staff with international TORO training and experience (including South Africa, UK and Australia). This international experience, alongside our home-grown talent, has added to our team’s high mechanical competency in servicing the Parkland range of brands.

- We also service and repair other makes and models of golf carts, push mowers, ride-on mowers and commercial mowers (e.g. John Deere, Kubota as well as Club Car, HDK etc.).
