The MD 22N is a hydrostatic mower with dual functions. It has a 3-blade 110 cm cutter deck, fitted with a “quick-shift” lever to change between rear discharge or mulch which can be directly operated from the driver’s seat. It is recommended for steep lawns, in the private or professional sector. The MD 22N has the same ground-hugging characteristics as a Climber series, but unlike the Climber range MD22N is not designed to mow scrub, or very long grass.

The MD22N is safe to use on properties that are undulating and/or steep, but primarily where you need a quality lawn finish. The height of the deck is continuous – controlled steplessly by a single hand control. Step-less cutting height adjustment allows you to select a precise finishing height. With a 110 cm (43″) cutting width and a quality built Briggs & Stratton OHV Intek 7220 professional series engine, you can be sure the MD22N will go above and beyond the mowing job. The specially designed deck is unique in its ability to leave behind a great result on a steep lawn while safely mowing in places you couldn’t take a normal ride on mower. The deck comes configured with a Quick Change lever to allow the operator to change mowing modes from rear discharge to mulching and back again.

Its cutting width allows for increased productivity, and the design offers two functions – rear discharge for longer grass (but not high grass) and mulching mode for a high-quality finish. A Quick Change Lever allows either mode to be selected with ease! There are many applications that require the design of the MD22N to handle steep terrain but also the quality of a precision deck to produce a manicured finish on a steep lawn.
