The Greensmaster® 3150-Q is the quietest engine-powered riding greens mower in the industry. This is a tremendous achievement in reducing noise for bystanders on and near the golf course, along with the operator. The Greensmaster® 3150-Q provides full operator control and superior convenience. The hydrostatic drive system includes dynamic braking, which eliminates speeding up on downslopes. The joystick control panel is connected to the seat base, so the controls maintain their position for the operator and the seat slides to compensate for the varied height and size of the operators. The open steering arm allows right or left exit, with tilt adjustment and is adjustable at the base for larger operators. Additional features include 3 wheel drive and ROPS and a storage compartment for rain gear or radio.

Features

Maintenance Ease

All components, especially those that require daily inspection and routine maintenance, are conveniently located for servicing. The Greensmaster® 3250 has fewer hydraulic lines and connectors. All hydraulic components are positioned for easy visual inspection.

Leak Detection

The dependable Turf Guardian™ leak detection technology alerts the operator if a leak occurs. Optional on the Greensmaster® 3250.

Safe Operation

The placement of the center cutting unit, located between the the front traction wheels, along with the front center basket removal, allows a low mounting design of the transmission and engine. This lowers the center of gravity, giving the machine much higher hillside stability.

Perfect Triangle Wheel Stand Design

The Triangle Wheel Stand places the rear wheel track within the radius of the front wheel, which prevents accidentally dropping the rear wheel into a nearby sand bunker while making the turn for the next mowing path.

Blade Style/Type Reel
Blade Type (Description) Reels are 5" (13 cm) in diameter, 21" (53.3 cm) in length. EdgeSeries™ Reels blades are welded to 5 stamped steel spiders, and heat treated. The reel is ground for diameter and concentricity, and relief ground. The reel weldment shaft is a 1.375" (35 mm) diameter tube with internally splined threaded insert. Two stainless steel ball bearings (30 mm inside diameter) slip fit onto reel shaft retained by internally splined threaded insert. Low drag seals/slingers for added protection with o-ring sealed motor and counterweight. Reel position maintained by a wave washer with no adjusting nut.
Clip Frequency/Backlapping 3150Q: Adjustable up to 1975 RPM at 2850 engine RPM. Backlapping standard.
Controls Raise/lower-mow lever (joystick). Functional control lever (neutral, mow, transport). Foot operated traction drive and brakes. Hand operated throttle and choke. Mechanical engine speed control.

Cutting Unit Type/Configuration Cutting units are completely free-floating, each attaching to the tractor by direct pull links and lifted by a centered lift arm. Baskets are supported by carrier frames that are ground following. Cutting unit floatation is unaffected by basket content. Grass baskets are all interchangeable and accessible from the front of the machine. Double A-Arm Suspension utilizing sealed ball joints allows free cutting unit motion in pitch and yaw. Links system for the roll. The basket is directly mounted to the cutting unit displacing weight evenly over front and rear rollers. (patented)
