ABOUT OUR SERVICE WORKSHOPS

Parkland Product’s workshops in both Auckland and Christchurch are fully equipped, state-of-the-art facilities with cutting-edge tools and diagnostic equipment for our full range of products and services.

In addition, mobile workshops operate from our Palmerston North, Auckland and Christchurch branches, visiting customers at pre-arranged intervals in order to inspect and service their fleet, or irrigation and control systems, on site.

PARKLAND PARTS DEPARTMENT

Parkland are particularly proud of our parts department for its service and pricing.  We understand that down-time, maintenance and parts are a large part of the total life time cost of every machine, so strive to keep these costs to a minimum.  For this reason, Parkland holds over 14,000 skus and have a fill rate exceeding 97%.

Our team of service technicians are certified, factory trained specialists with high mechanical competency across the Parkland range of brands.

We are highly selective about the capability of our service team members, as we understand the importance of our after-sales service to the continuity of operations of our customers. Our certified technicians have completed specific training in an area of expertise to gain knowledge or perfect a skill, and successfully proven their retention of that knowledge or ability to use that skill. Additionally, being ‘factory trained’, means technicians have successfully completed one or many specific courses offered by manufacturers of the Parkland Products brand range.
